We understand that plans can change. Due to the logistics of organizing expeditions in remote Himalayan regions, we adhere to the following strict cancellation guidelines.

Standard Tour Cancellations

• 30+ Days Before Departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be retained as cancellation fees. Remaining amount will be refunded.
• 15 to 29 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained as cancellation fees.
• 7 to 14 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be retained as cancellation fees.
• Less than 7 Days / No Shows: 100% of the tour cost will be retained. No refund will be provided.

Hotel Only Bookings

If you have booked only accommodations through us, the cancellation policy of the specific hotel will apply. In most cases, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in are 100% non-refundable.

Weather Events & Force Majeure

The Himalayas are prone to sudden weather changes and roadblocks. If a trip is canceled or cut short due to natural disasters, snowstorms, landslides, or government restrictions, no refunds will be issued for unutilized services. However, we will make every effort to provide alternative itineraries or adjustable dates where possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
